A Call to Reflect on the Power of God!

Text: .” John 8:12 ~1 Peter 1:3-4 The Message
Jesus addressed Scholars and Pharisees saying “I am the world’s Light. No one who follows me stumbles around in the darkness. I provide plenty of light to live in.
I Peter am an apostle on assignment by Jesus, the Messiah, writing to exiles scattered to the four winds. Not one is missing, not one forgotten. God, the Father has his eye on each of you and has determined by the work of the Spirit to keep you obedient through the sacrifice of Jesus. May everything good from God be yours!
What a God we have! And how fortunate we are to have him, this Father of our Master Jesus! Because Jesus was raised from the dead, we’ve been given a brand-new life and have everything to live for, including a future in heaven—and the future starts now! God is keeping careful watch over us and the future. The Day is coming when you’ll have it all—life healed and whole.
As I reflect on the beauty of a quaint but small church and marvel the sanctuary, with biblical stories that are clearly illuminated through stained glass windows and as the early morning rays of the sun that are enhanced by the light --and that light beamed boldly and brilliantly in the arch of a rainbow.
The red, yellow, orange, blues, and greens are beaming.
What does all this mean? Just as the “Son” reflects the beauty of Jesus as the “light” of the world, We, -- through the diverse windows of our existence can be bold in our Witness, forthright with our Faith! Proclaiming the knowledge of Truth and Trust in Him, while serving as a “Wake-up Call” that shines through the darkness of this world. We are called to rest in His arch of safety while praying, pursuing the Power God gives Us! beaming like the Sun through the Stains of our life Now charged to lead lost souls to God!
